Crossing the line

Last night on twitter, @veniviedivici also known as Champers, Laffin Assasin threatened to post my medical records on twitter.

And it all started because of this tweet

Well there it is; threats that have crossed that line and threats that now venture into criminal behaviour.  Threats and the connotations of those threats have serious consequences and serious repercussions.

Oh yes I did make phone calls, and I was told exactly how medical records are obtained, who can obtain them and who has access to them.  And the most intriguing that was confirmed to me is that nobody can access my medical records without my permission.

I have never given my permission to anybody to access my medical records.  However, on speaking to someone I used to work with, they have explained that if someone has forged my signature, to obtain records by deception, if someone has accessed them via illegal methods and searches, there will be an electronic and paper trail for an investigation team to follow.

I have been informed that should one detail of my medical records appear on line or be forwarded to another person, I can immediately instigate an investigation by logging a formal complaint to the Police and relevant Health Authorities  asking why my details were released without my permission, who obtained them and who has copies of them.  All names that I pass to the inquiry will be checked and if need be, computers confiscated as a clear breach of the Computer Misuse Act 1990 http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1990/18/contents  and Data Protection Act 1998 http://www.ico.gov.uk/for_organisations/data_protection.aspx as well as any other charges that the Police may wish to bring.

Now personally I think old Laffin boy is being what he usually is on twitter nothing but a thug and bully.  But on reflection of his behaviour, should anybody else feel they have grounds to have this person investigated, they may with my permission give my details to any law enforcement agency and I will be honest and tell them everything I know.  I will not divulge any information I have about this person or his associates to another party but am willing to give all information to the necessary authorities involved.

On reflection, the wool has been removed from my eyes and I can see what a thug and bully this person really is.  Some time ago I stupidly allowed myself to be dragged into a situation whereby I thought this person was being bullied because of their views on the Madeleine McCann case but I now dealing with the real truth that this person is nothing but the bully.
